At Maison Val de Loire, we craft our skincare products with care and high hygiene standards. Because these are personal-use cosmetic products, we follow strict safety guidelines. Please read the policy below before placing your order.
1. Non-Returnable Items (For Hygiene & Safety)
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
-Soap bars
-Skincare products (creams, serums, lotions, cleansers, etc.)
-Any product that has been opened, used, or unsealed
-Products with damaged, tampered, or broken packaging
All items are considered final sale unless damaged or incorrect.
2. Refunds Are Not Monetary
Maison Val de Loire does not offer cash refunds.
If a refund is approved (in eligible situations), it will be issued as:
A replacement product, or Store credit of equal value to the original item.
3. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Store Credit
You may receive a replacement product or store credit ONLY if:
a. Damaged Products
Your item arrives broken, cracked, leaking, dented, or otherwise damaged.
Notify us within 24 hours with photos.
b. Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive the wrong product, we will replace it at no cost.
c. Missing Item
If part of your order is missing, inform us within 24 hours so we can provide the missing product.
Only unopened, unused products in their original condition qualify for replacement or store credit.
4. Non-Eligible Situations
Replacements or store credit cannot be issued if:
-You changed your mind after receiving the order
-The product’s scent, color, or texture is not to your personal preference
-You had an allergic reaction (patch test recommended before use)
-You opened the package before paying the courier (COD rule violation)
-Delivery delays due to courier operations
-You provided an incorrect address or unreachable phone number
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
The courier cannot allow opening the package before payment.
Orders refused without a valid reason (wrong item or damage) may restrict future COD service.
