Politique d’expédition

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day.
Orders placed after 5 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

We currently ship across Lebanon only.
Delivery usually takes:

• 1–3 business days based on your location and the courier schedule.

3. Shipping Fee

We offer a flat-rate delivery fee of $3 on all orders, anywhere in Lebanon.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders.
Please note the following:

• The courier will not allow opening the package before payment.

• Once payment is completed, you may open and inspect your products.

• Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive and pay for the order.

5. Order Confirmation & Updates

You will receive an order confirmation message once your order is placed. 
A shipping notification will follow once the order is handed to our delivery partner.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your name, phone number, and full address are correct at checkout.
Delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information are the customer's responsibility.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the package and items

We will review your case and assist you immediately.

8. International Shipping

Val de Loire currently delivers only within Lebanon, but global shipping options are being finalized.
